In concrete construction under high-temperature conditions, the hydration reaction of cement is accelerated, which is why JASS5 specifies a hot weather period. This limits the working time from the usual 120 minutes to within 90 minutes during hot weather, as insufficient measures may lead to a risk of strength reduction. The above-mentioned applicable period serves as a guideline for major cities, but there is a concern that it may not accurately reflect the actual necessary period for each construction site. The present invention is a program that estimates the applicable period in a grid pattern of 1 km² and displays it color-coded on a map application, effectively streamlining the determination of the applicable period and rationalizing construction planning (cost reduction).
